NOTICE: 2025 OEURX Index Reconstitution

The 2025 reconstitution of the O’Shares Europe Quality Dividend Index (OEURX) will take place on October 17, 2025, rather than the customary September date. This one-time adjustment was made to reduce trading during a period of potentially heavy September rebalancing activity in European stocks. Future reconstitutions are expected to return to the standard September schedule. Please see this announcement for additional information.

OEURX Index Objective

The Target Index is designed to measure the performance of publicly-listed large-capitalization and mid-capitalization dividend-paying issuers in Europe that meet certain market capitalization, liquidity, high quality, low volatility and dividend yield thresholds, as determined by O’Shares Investments (the “Index Provider”).
The high quality and low volatility requirements are designed to reduce exposure to high dividend equities that have experienced large price declines.
Performance. Portfolio of approximately 50 High Quality European companies that are paying dividends.
Diversified Portfolio. Efficient, cost effective approach to get exposure to top European companies.
Seeks Less Volatility. Aims to provide better managed approach to investing in Europe.
