OEFAX Index Objective

The Target Index is designed to measure the performance of publicly-listed large-capitalization and mid-capitalization dividend-paying issuers in developed markets outside the United States that meet certain market capitalization, liquidity, high quality, low volatility, and dividend yield thresholds, as determined by O’Shares Investments (the “Index Provider”).
The high quality and low volatility requirements are designed to reduce exposure to high dividend equities that have experienced large price declines.
Performance. Portfolio of approximately 50 high quality developed market ex-US companies that are paying dividends.
Diversified Portfolio. Efficient, cost-effective approach to gain exposure to top companies in developed markets outside the US.
Seeks Less Volatility. Aims to provide a better managed approach to investing in developed markets ex-US.
